If you purchase and something doesn't work for you — a sync failure we can't fix, a compatibility problem, or it simply doesn't do what this site says it does — email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund in full. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method.
Subscription renewals can be refunded if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge and the license hasn't been meaningfully used since the charge. You can cancel upcoming renewals any time from your Paddle receipt email; cancellation stops future charges and keeps the license active until the period ends.
Reply to your Paddle receipt email or use the support page, including the email you purchased with. We answer within 2 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights in your country. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
